  1. How do I get paid?
    • Payment is made via direct deposit or Venmo. Venmo payments are processed within 24 hours of the event, while direct deposit payments are made within 14 days. Please ensure your payment details are accurate and up to date in our system.
  2. How are shifts assigned?
    • Shifts are assigned based on your availability, experience, and the needs of our clients. You’ll receive shift notifications through the Liveforce app. Confirm your shifts as soon as possible to secure your spot.
  3. What is the reserve list?
    • The reserve list includes staff members who are on standby for last-minute changes or cancellations. If you’re on this list, be ready to step in on short notice. You’ll be notified via Liveforce if activated.
  4. How do I find the event brief on Liveforce?
    • After confirming a shift, log into the Liveforce app and navigate to the event details section. The event brief will contain essential information such as location, time, dress code, client expectations, and role-specific instructions.
  5. What roles are available at RubyLemon?
    • We offer a variety of roles, including:
      • Brand Ambassador / Model / Host
      • Team Lead
      • Registration Staff

  6. How do I confirm a shift on Liveforce?
    • When offered a shift, you’ll receive a notification on Liveforce. Log in, review the details, and confirm your attendance at least 24 hours before the event to secure your spot.
  7. What if I have questions or need assistance?

  8. What are the uniform requirements?
    • Wear a clean, pressed uniform as outlined in the booking brief. Shoes should be polished, hair and makeup should be neat, and jewelry should be minimal. Ensure your phone is on silent and stored out of sight during shifts.
  9. What are my responsibilities before an event?

  10. How do I check in at an event?
    • Use the Liveforce app to check in. If you encounter issues, message in Liveforce to confirm your attendance. Checking in is essential for receiving your payment.
  11. What should I do if issues arise during the event?
    • Immediately report any problems to your Team Lead. If there is no Team Lead, contact RubyLemon directly at 833-793-5439 or via the Liveforce chat.
  12. What’s the policy on tips?
    • All tips are paid directly to you. If a client tips through RubyLemon, it will be added to your rate.
  13. How does the referral program work?
    • You’ll receive $25 for each successful referral. If the person you refer is hired and completes their first shift, you’ll earn an additional $25.
